Dark Morph
Tuesday, May 13th, 2008This is a photograph that I took recently, and have tentatively identified it as a Swainson’s Hawk in its “dark morph” configuration. There is no particular significance attached to the occaision of this event; I just liked the image and wanted to share it.

Thursday, October 25th, 2007I was out looking for something to photograph the other day, and there was a big north wind blowing hard. I should have known better, nothing was out in that wind except me and the rice harvesters.
