If a particular piece of art is not all you expected it to be, let us know and we will with the return of your purchased art - either replace it with another piece of art which may better suit your needs, or we will refund to you the purchase price of the artwork (less shipping costs).

To Get an Exchange or Refund

Contact my office by phone at 530-669-3202 during regular business hours
(Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time), if you get through to the
voice mail, please leave a message that includes your name and phone number, and your phone call will be returned. I apologize for this inconvenience but
this is a one person business and I am in and out of the office all day.

 Have the following information ready:

• the name and email of the person who made the purchase
• date of purchase
• name of the item purchased

Request for refunds must be received WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS of the date
you receive your piece of fine art.

Additionally, for your convenience,  you may email the refund request to me (jmonroe @ Drybrushwet (dot) com) with the above information.  Please use your  same email address that you used when purchasing the artwork.  Thank you.
